under Florida Statute 501.142, AKOC or any of its partners are not required by law to give a refund because the service was not liked, the only thing we can/will do is offer a discounted detail.

the only time a refund is guarenteed is if, damage has been done to the property the vehicle is on, or the vehicle itself is damaged frome us.
